Open Support → Live chat in this site. Enter your name, an optional email, and your first message, then start the session.

The browser stores a reference code in session storage and sets a secure cookie for this device. Keep the same browser tab or session while you talk with support.

You can attach images or PDFs (size and type limits are shown on the form). If live updates pause, the page falls back to periodic refresh automatically.

When you are finished, use End chat session to clear the cookie and local code on this device.

Under Support → Tickets, use New ticket with your name, email, subject, and description. After submit you receive a ticket code — save it somewhere safe.

To view or reply later on the same device, open View / reply, enter the code, and use Open ticket. If the secure session expired, confirm the same name (and email if the ticket has one) to unlock.

Replies support text and file attachments. Use End ticket session to clear the browser session when you are done on a shared computer.

Reference codes (for example chat or ticket codes shown in the portal) help staff find the right case. They are not passwords — anyone with the code still needs to pass contact checks to unlock a ticket session.

Portal cookies are HttpOnly and scoped to this site. Clearing site data or using another browser means you may need to unlock again with the same contact details you used originally.

Visit the Download page for device-specific guidance. When official App Store or Google Play URLs are configured, you will see direct Open actions.
