Child Safety Standards

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

Fudo Live Voice Party strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. It is forbidden to create, upload, share, request, promote or link to:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, animated or AI-generated images of minors;
• any content that sexualises minors, or shows, describes or refers to minors in a sexual or inappropriate way;
• grooming: contacting a minor, or someone believed to be a minor, to build trust for sexual purposes;
• sextortion: threatening or blackmailing a child with real or alleged intimate images;
• soliciting minors for sexual acts, sexual chat, images or meetings, and child trafficking of any kind.

This applies to every user, host, agency and family on the platform, in public and private spaces alike.

2. Age requirement

Fudo Live Voice Party is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country if higher, to create an account. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.

3. How we prevent abuse

• Automated moderation of text, images and audio, with keyword filters for CSAE-related terms.
• 24/7 human moderation of live and voice streams by our Trust & Safety team.
• Profile pictures, albums and posts are reviewed and can be removed at any time.
• Users can block anyone instantly; a blocked user can no longer contact them.

4. How to report

• In the app: tap the report option on any profile, voice room, live stream, message, post or comment and choose the child-safety reason.
• By email: write to info@fudotech.net with the subject “Child Safety”, the user ID or room ID, and what you saw. You do not need an account to report.

Never send us images of abuse. Describe what you saw and where; our team will preserve the evidence.

5. How we respond

• Child-safety reports are prioritised and reviewed within 24 hours.
• Violating content is removed and the account is permanently banned, including its devices and sign-in methods.
• We report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant regional and law-enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and preserve relevant data for lawful requests.

6. Compliance with child safety laws

Fudotech Information Technology - FZCO complies with applicable child safety laws in the countries where Fudo Live Voice Party is available, and these standards are part of our Terms of Service.
