IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us
We are FUDOTECH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - FZCO, the data controller responsible for the personal information processed through Fudo Live.
You can reach us at:
Email: info@fudotech.net
Phone: +971 56 476 2623
Address: IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
For any privacy-related question, request, or complaint, please email us at info@fudotech.net with the subject line "Privacy Request".
2. Information We Collect
We collect three categories of information.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account information: nickname, profile picture, gender, date of birth or age range, country, language, and (if you choose) phone number, email, and password.
Authentication credentials: when you sign in with Apple ID, Google, or Facebook, we receive a limited identifier and basic profile data (such as your name and email if you authorise it). This information is used solely to set up and operate your Fudo Live account.
Profile content: any voice clip, photo, video, bio, voice room title, or other content you publish on Fudo Live.
Communications: messages, comments, gifts, and any other content you exchange with other users or with our support team.
Verification data: where required for hosts, agencies, or financial features, we may request identity documents (e.g., passport or national ID), proof of address, tax identification, and a selfie for KYC ("Know Your Customer") purposes.
Payment information: when you purchase Diamonds or other paid items, payment details (card number, expiry, CVV) are processed directly by our third-party payment providers (Apple, Google, Stripe, etc.). We do not store your full card number, expiry date, or CVV. We retain only transaction metadata: amount, currency, status, timestamp, last four digits, and processor reference.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
Device information: device model, operating system version, mobile network operator, language, time zone, screen resolution, hardware identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, IDFV/IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), and crash logs.
Usage information: pages or screens you view, features you use, voice rooms you join, broadcasts you watch or send, gifts you send or receive (which are aggregated into the public Leaderboards described in Section 6), time spent, click streams, and in-app navigation events.
Network information: IP address, ISP, and approximate geographic location derived from IP.
Location information: when you choose to use a location-based feature (such as discovering nearby broadcasters), we may collect your device's GPS data only with your explicit consent. GPS data is sensitive information; you may at any time turn off location permissions in your device settings. Disabling location will only affect the location-based features and will not affect your access to the rest of the Services.
Microphone and camera: we access your microphone and camera only when you actively start a voice room, voice chat, video call, or upload a photo/video, and only after you grant permission through the operating system prompt. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Cookies and similar technologies: on our website and certain in-app web views, we use cookies, local storage, and SDK identifiers to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and measure performance.
2.3 Information We Receive from Third Parties
Identity providers (Apple, Google, Facebook) when you choose to sign in with them.
Payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe, etc.) confirming the status of your transactions.
Real-time communication providers (e.g., voice/video infrastructure) confirming connection quality and abuse signals.
Analytics and crash-reporting services that help us understand how the Services perform.
Public sources or law-enforcement bodies, where lawful and necessary for compliance, investigation, or fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide and operate the Services: create your account, host voice rooms and live broadcasts, deliver gifts, process recharges, calculate FUD earnings, route messages.
Operate the public Leaderboards described in Section 6. Your name, avatar and score appear on those leaderboards only after you have granted explicit, affirmative consent through the in-app Leaderboard Consent dialog. Until you grant that consent, your account is hidden from every public ranking on the server side, even if you actively send or receive virtual gifts.
Help you efficiently access your information after you log in, and remember preferences so you do not have to re-enter them.
Personalise content, recommendations, rooms, hosts, and language based on your activity and preferences.
Improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our Services.
Develop and test new products and features.
Monitor metrics such as total visitors, active users, and traffic.
Diagnose or fix technical problems.
Notify you about updates, events, contests, or special offers (you can opt out at any time).
Detect and act upon any violation of this Policy, illegal acts, unauthorised access, or any other unauthorised use.
Manage queries and requests from you (such as deleting your personal information or your account).
Comply with and enforce legal requirements, agreements, policies, and public-interest obligations.
Protect the vital interests of you or another individual.
Where our processing of your personal information is based on your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time, with no effect on the validity or lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the law of your country requires a legal basis for processing personal data (for example, the UAE PDPL or the EU GDPR), we rely on one or more of the following:
Performance of a contract with you (this Policy, the Terms of Service, and the operation of your account).
Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Compliance with a legal obligation to which Fudotech is subject.
Our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the Services, provided your fundamental rights are not overridden.
Vital interests, when necessary to protect someone's life or physical integrity.
5. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information only with the following recipients, and only as necessary:
Other users, when you choose to publish content (e.g., your nickname, profile picture, room title, voice broadcasts, comments, and gifts are visible to other users by design). With regard to the public Leaderboards described in Section 6 below, your public profile fields and aggregated activity score are uploaded to those leaderboards only after you have granted explicit consent through the in-app Leaderboard Consent dialog; until then your account remains hidden from every public ranking.
Service providers that operate the technical backbone of Fudo Live, including hosting, content delivery, push notifications, real-time voice/video, anti-fraud, customer support, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and are prohibited from retaining, using, or disclosing your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Payment providers (Apple, Google, Stripe, etc.) for processing recharges, withdrawals, refunds, and refund-related fraud detection.
Authorised agencies and host programs, where you join one — we share with them only the data necessary to manage hosting, settle FUD earnings, and audit compliance.
Affiliates within the Fudotech corporate family, under the same protections set out in this Policy.
Acquirers and successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, in which case any personal data we hold may be transferred to the buyer or successor as part of those assets.
Law-enforcement and regulators, when we are legally required to disclose information, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud, illegal activity, or threats to safety. We will cooperate with law-enforcement requests from within and outside your country of residence to the extent permitted and required by law.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you, for analytics, research, or marketing.
6. Public Leaderboards, Rankings, and Public Profile Visibility
Certain features of Fudo Live aggregate user activity into publicly visible rankings ("Leaderboards"). Public leaderboards are an explicit opt-in feature on Fudo Live: your name, avatar and aggregated activity score are never uploaded to or surfaced on a public leaderboard until you have affirmatively granted permission through the dedicated in-app Leaderboard Consent dialog described in Section 6.5. Until you tap "Allow" on that dialog, your account is hidden from every public ranking surface on the server side, regardless of whether you send or receive virtual gifts.
Granting consent is voluntary. You can decline it at any time, and you can change a previously-granted decision at any time, with no impact on your ability to use the rest of Fudo Live (such as joining voice rooms, sending or receiving gifts, withdrawing FUD, or following other users).
6.1 Which Leaderboards exist?
Fudo Live currently operates three categories of public ranking surface. Each refreshes continuously and is reachable from the entry point listed below:
Glory Ranking — Global Leaderboard. A worldwide ranking across all Fudo Live users. It has two tracks — Wealth (top senders of virtual gifts) and Celebrities (top recipients of virtual gifts) — and four rolling time windows: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, and all-time. Entry point: home screen → "Glory Ranking".
Voice Room Ranking. A per-room ranking that is scoped to a single live voice room. It is visible to anyone who is currently inside that room. Same four time windows. Entry point: voice-room screen → rank badge.
Family Ranking. A ranking of Families (i.e., groups) by aggregate Family score, across three periods (new, weekly, monthly). This ranking surfaces family-level data only — family name, family logo, family level, family score — and does not publish individual member personal data. Entry point: Profile → Family → Rank.
6.2 What information is uploaded and made public for the individual leaderboards?
For the Glory Ranking and the Voice Room Ranking, the following items of your account become visible to other users when you appear on the leaderboard:
Your public user ID, nickname, and avatar (profile picture).
Your rank for the currently selected time window.
Your aggregated score for the currently selected time window (derived from virtual-gift activity) and your gift count.
Your user level, receiver level, VIP / Noble subscription status and icon, and the VIP-driven name color.
A flag indicating whether you are a verified or administrative account.
We do not publish on these Leaderboards any of the following: your email address, phone number, password, payment information, precise location, device identifiers, or any identity-verification (KYC) documents.
For the Family Ranking, only the family entity's data is published. No per-member personal information is uploaded for this surface.
6.3 When does the upload happen?
No leaderboard upload takes place until you have affirmatively granted consent through the in-app Leaderboard Consent dialog (Section 6.5). Once you tap "Allow" on that dialog, your public profile fields listed in Section 6.2 — together with the aggregated activity score computed from your virtual-gift events — are made visible on the public leaderboards described in Section 6.1.
While your consent is in the "pending" state (the default for every new account, and the default we have re-applied for every pre-existing account as part of the May 2026 platform update) or in the "denied" state, our backend filters every leaderboard query so your account does not appear in any public ranking, even if you actively send or receive virtual gifts. This is enforced server-side: the client cannot bypass it.
Once you have granted consent, scores are aggregated into the four time windows mentioned above and into the room-scoped and family-scoped tallies described in Section 6.1. You may revoke or change your decision at any time using the controls described in Section 6.5.
6.4 Why do we operate Leaderboards?
We operate Leaderboards in order to:
recognise and reward users and hosts who choose to participate;
enable social discovery of broadcasters, rooms, and Families;
give every user who has opted in a transparent view of their own progress and standing relative to the wider community.
The sole legal basis for the processing and public display of your name, avatar, and aggregated score on the public Leaderboards is your explicit consent, granted through the in-app Leaderboard Consent dialog (Section 6.5). We do not rely on contract performance or legitimate interests as alternative bases for this surface — without your tapped consent, the data is not surfaced at all.
6.5 How can I control my Leaderboard visibility?
You are in full and ongoing control of your Leaderboard presence. We provide the following in-app controls, all of which are free and available to every account:
Leaderboard Consent dialog (the primary control). The first time you reach the home tab after signing up (for new accounts) or after the May 2026 platform update (for pre-existing accounts), Fudo Live presents a dedicated Leaderboard Consent dialog titled "Show on Public Leaderboards?". The dialog explains exactly what data is shared and offers two equally-weighted choices, "Allow" and "Don't Allow", plus a link to this Privacy Policy. The dialog is mandatory: it cannot be dismissed by swipe, tap-outside, or the back gesture — you must choose. Tapping "Allow" records `granted` consent on our servers and is the only path that makes your account visible on any public ranking. Tapping "Don't Allow" records `denied` consent and keeps your account hidden everywhere.
Review or change your decision at any time. Open Settings → Privacy → Public Leaderboards → "Review Decision". The same consent dialog re-opens and you can switch your decision in either direction. The change is recorded on our servers immediately and takes effect on every leaderboard surface on the next refresh.
Stop participating. Independently of consent, if you neither send nor receive any virtual gifts, your account will not accumulate a Leaderboard score and will not appear on the Wealth or Celebrities tracks even when consent is `granted`.
Right to erasure. You may also request deletion of your historical Leaderboard records by emailing info@fudotech.net with the subject line "Privacy Request — Leaderboard". See Section 10 below for the full description of your rights.
If you have any question about these controls or would like assistance using them, please email us at info@fudotech.net and we will review and respond to your request without undue delay.
6.6 Retention of Leaderboard data
Individual gift events that feed the Leaderboards are retained as transactional records (see Section 9 — Data Retention). Aggregated Leaderboard scores are recomputed continuously. Time-windowed aggregates (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) expire automatically once their window has elapsed; the all-time aggregate is retained for as long as your account is active and is removed when you delete your account, subject to any retention obligation we may have under applicable law.
7. International Data Transfers
Fudo Live operates globally. Your information may be stored and processed in the United Arab Emirates and in other countries where our service providers are located. When we transfer personal data outside your country, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses, recognised adequacy mechanisms, or your explicit consent) to ensure your data remains protected at a level comparable to UAE law.
8. How We Secure Your Information
8.1 How does Fudo Live protect my personal information?
We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including:
TLS encryption of data in transit.
Encryption at rest of sensitive fields (passwords are hashed; payment tokens are stored encrypted).
Firewalls, access controls, audit logging, and the principle of least privilege for our staff.
Regular vulnerability scanning and patching.
Incident response procedures and a security operations team.
While we take reasonable precautions, no website, app, or internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. Any transmission is at your own risk. If we become aware of a personal-data breach that is likely to result in significant risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
8.2 How can I help keep my information secure?
Do not disclose your password to any third party.
Do not share your account.
Log out of your account on shared devices.
If you lose your password or believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@fudotech.net.
Fudotech cannot be held responsible for your failure to keep your password secure, and such failure may also violate our Terms of Service.
9. Data Retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, or for as long as required or permitted by law:
Account data: kept while your account is active. After deletion, retained for 30 days in case you wish to restore it, then permanently deleted.
Transactional data (recharges, FUD transfers, withdrawals): retained for at least 5 years after the transaction, to meet UAE accounting, tax, and anti-money-laundering rules.
Moderation logs and abuse reports: retained as long as necessary for investigations, prevention of repeat offences, and legal defence.
Backups: data in encrypted backups may persist for an additional limited period before being overwritten.
After the applicable retention period, your data is deleted, anonymised, or aggregated.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your country, you may have the following rights:
10.1 Right to Access and Portability
You can review and access your profile information at any time within Fudo Live. You may also contact us to obtain a copy of information that is not directly accessible in the app, in a portable, machine-readable format. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or affects the rights of other users, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on it, in accordance with applicable law.
10.2 Right to Rectification
If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can update it via your account settings or by contacting us. We will correct it as soon as reasonably possible.
10.3 Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")
You may request deletion of your personal information when:
it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis;
it has been processed unlawfully.
We may retain certain information that is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, defend legal claims, or protect our legitimate interests. Where immediate deletion is not feasible (e.g., backups), we will store the relevant information securely and isolate it from active use until it can be erased or anonymised.
10.4 Right to Delete Your Fudo Live Account
You may delete your Fudo Live account at any time. Steps:
Open Fudo Live.
Tap Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account.
Tap "I understand and continue." or "Cancel".
If you choose "I understand and continue.", you must complete a verification step to confirm it is you, then tap "Confirm". After confirmation, you have a 7-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel the deletion simply by signing back in. After the 7 days, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Please note that you cannot directly delete your account via the app if:
you are an active Host / Broadcaster with pending settlements;
you are a Host Agency Manager / Guild Leader;
your account is involved in agency or guild administration;
you have pending FUD withdrawals, refunds, or open disputes.
If any of the above applies, please contact info@fudotech.net, and we will review your request and assist with deletion once obligations are resolved.
Deleting your Fudo Live account means deletion of your account, assets (including unused Diamonds, FUD balance, friends list, gifts, frames, decorations, etc.), and usage records. Once deleted, assets cannot be restored. We may retain certain log data after deletion, but it will be disassociated from any identifier so that it can no longer be linked to you. We may also keep limited information for legal issues, terms violations, or harm-prevention purposes.
10.5 Right to Restrict or Object to Processing
You may ask us to restrict processing or object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including profiling, where applicable.
10.6 Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by changing your in-app settings, by turning off device permissions, or by emailing us. Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal, but it may make certain features unavailable.
10.7 Right to Lodge a Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction. For UAE users, this is the UAE Data Office.
10.8 How to Exercise Your Rights — and When We May Decline
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@fudotech.net. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. We may decline a request where, under applicable law, the request:
is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights of you or another individual;
would be extremely impractical, would require disproportionate technical effort, or would expose us to operational risks;
violates other laws and regulations;
could not be reliably authenticated;
is otherwise excused under applicable law.
11. Children and Child Protection
WE DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 (OR THE AGE OF LEGAL MAJORITY UNDER LOCAL LAW). We do not knowingly or deliberately collect or retain personal information from individuals under that age. IF WE LEARN THAT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL UNDER THE AGE OF 18 HAS BEEN COLLECTED THROUGH FUDO LIVE, WE WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO DELETE SUCH INFORMATION AND PERMANENTLY CLOSE THE CORRESPONDING ACCOUNT.
11.1 Parental Responsibility
As a parent or legal guardian, it is your responsibility to supervise and manage your child's use of online services. If a minor provides false information and claims to be of legal age, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from such misrepresentation. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to educate children about online safety and to monitor their online activities to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable laws.
11.2 Prohibited Content and Practices
We strictly prohibit any content, advertisement, or activity that:
promotes underage dating or contact;
features imagery or text that misrepresents the age of users;
promotes paid companionship, escort services, or sexual acts;
promotes exploitative, deceptive, or trafficking-style dating arrangements;
promotes mail-order spouses.
11.3 Restricted Categories
We also restrict, and may remove, content and accounts that promote:
hook-up, fling, or swinger arrangements;
affair or infidelity services;
sexual fetish dating;
live or chat content featuring nudity, partial nudity, or sexually suggestive material;
promotional landing pages with racy content (e.g., individuals in underwear, lingerie, or topless/bottomless depictions in private settings).
11.4 Preventing Harm to Children
We prohibit the use of our platform for any activity that endangers minors, including:
inappropriate interactions targeted at minors (e.g., grooming or sexualised contact);
befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact or exchange of sexual imagery;
sexualisation of minors (e.g., imagery that promotes sexual exploitation);
sextortion (e.g., blackmailing a child using intimate imagery);
child trafficking or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation.
11.5 How to Report
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with information, or you suspect a child is at risk on Fudo Live, please contact us immediately at info@fudotech.net. We will act promptly, cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where necessary, and permanently delete any identified minor account.

With regard to personal information processed by a third party through such modules, the privacy policy of that third party also applies, and we encourage you to review it.
